“5 PARIS PERFUMES BIRTHDAY CONTEST”
1. General provisions
1.1 The organizer of the “5 PARIS PERFUMES BIRTHDAY CONTEST” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is Paris Cosmetics sp. z o.o., 44 Leśna Street, 32-332 Bukowno, Poland, NIP: 6372211771 REGON: 387462686,, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
1.2 The Contest is conducted in Poland through the Instagram platform, Facebook on the Organizer’s profile
1.3 The Contest runs from September 17 to October 13, 2024 until 11:59 p.m.
1.4 Participation in the Contest is free of charge and voluntary.
2 Participants of the Contest
2.1 The Contest Participant may be any natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity.
2.2 The participants of the Contest cannot be employees of the Organizer and members of their families.
2.3 The condition for participation in the Contest is to have an active account on the Instagram or Facebook platform and acceptance of the Rules.
3 Rules of participation
3.1 To participate in the Contest, the Participant must:
3.1.1. write a comment under the Contest post: birthday wishes for Paris Perfumes consisting of up to 5 words.
3.1.2 Fulfill the above conditions until October 13, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
3.2 Each Entrant may participate in the Contest only once.
3.3 Entries that violate the rules of the Instagram or Facebook platform, as well as entries with content that is inconsistent with applicable law or morality will be removed and will not participate in the Contest.
4 Prizes
4.1 The following prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Contest:
a) 2 x shopping voucher for €25 in the Paris Perfumes online store
c) 3x perfume sets
d) 1x “Paris Pack” trunks full of surprises!
4.2 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash equivalent or other items.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the prizes to other prizes of similar value, in case of reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.
5. Selection of winners
5.1 The winners will be selected by a contest committee appointed by the Organizer based on the creativity and originality of the entries.
5.2 The results will be announced by 20.10.2024 through a post on Facebook and Instagram profile.
5.3 The winners will be notified of their winnings through a private message on the Instagram and Facebook platforms
5.4 The winner is obliged to contact the Organizer within 7 days from the date of receipt of information about winning in order to arrange the details of prize collection. If no contact is made within the specified period, the prize shall pass to the Organizer.
6 Processing of personal data
6.1 The personal data of the Contest Participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection only for the purpose of conducting the Contest and distribution of prizes.
6.2 The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
6.3 Participants have the right to access their personal data and the right to correct them and request their deletion.
7 Final provisions
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Contest.
7.2 The Contest Regulations are available on https://pariisiparfuum.ee/ and on the Organizer’s profile.
7.3 In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
